Leviticus 14:15-17

¹⁵ The priest shall take some oil from the log measure of oil and pour it into the palm of his own left hand. ¹⁶ The priest shall dip his right finger into the oil that is in his left hand. With his finger he shall sprinkle the oil seven times before the Lord. ¹⁷ The priest shall take the rest of the oil in his hand and put it on the right ear lobe of the one who is being cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the big toe of his right foot, and upon the blood of the guilt offering.
